- Someone watching bags or coat check rather than the event
- A person moving against the flow, working the crowd
Before — design it out
- Staff coat check and high-value areas
- Remind guests to keep valuables on them
During — what staff do
- Note description and direction; alert security and the door
- Don't chase or confront — let security handle it
- Help the victim report to police if needed
