Fixated person / stalker arriving
Someone specifically targeting a person on site, arriving to confront them.
What it looks like
- Asking for a specific individual with intensity or a grievance
- A known person-of-concern (named ahead by the protectee)
- Refusing to leave, escalating when redirected
Before — design it out
- Get names/photos of any known concerns in advance
- Brief the door and the VIP liaison
- Plan a discreet protectee exit
During — what staff do
- Do not confirm the target is present
- Keep distance, alert the VIP liaison and security
- Call 911 if threats are made or they won't leave
